Unfortunately I doubt she is going to win but she is serious and passionate and I think likely more familiar than you with the job by this comment. I was happier to meet her than duckworth (although duckworth finally wised up a bit this year with all the treason and such coming out of the administration)

Nothing says national emergency like going editing a draft about it for a year. its hard to word something blatantly illegal as legally sounding as possible.
