If Kat has been focusing on growing voters into the coalition, they’ll do great.

Polling looks not bad but not great. Biss is a solid handful of points in the lead, but with Fine in the mix, they are clearly splitting the NOR liberal demographic.
The polling was also a telephone poll and Abugazala does best with the 18-35 and 35-45 groups. She does have a commanding lead in the 18-35:s at 90%+.
If she wins the primary it’s going to look like an upset, but it will be for the work.theyve done on the ground building a basis of suport

Democratic leadership wanted this because Israel wanted this

I don’t think video games rape children. But you are apologizing for an organization that does.

I’m sorry. Maybe you misunderstood me. Google or search “Glenn Jordan BSA”. Quite literally dozens of my childhood friends were groomed and raped by pedophiles because of this organization. There were, potentially, hundreds of victims, and as Jordons molestation would evolve into grooming, and the conversion of victims into pedophiles themselves. Until the Epstein files, the BSA has been responsible for some of the largest incidence of molestation and pedophilia in US history.
So, let me be clear.
BURN. IT. TO. THE. FUCKING. GROUND.
Yes. Burn everything good and happy for internet points.
Pedophile apologist.

Burn it to the fucking ground.

Among the top 3, who is your pick?

That’s interesting. But going into this final stretch, its clear that Kat is at least viable in the sense that she’s basically in the top 2, top 3, depending on your count, and all the other candidates are quite further behind. Voting starts what like, basically now?
It will be interesting to see the counts, and if Bushra gets enough votes to have pushed Kat over the line.
Also, where are you getting the anti-medicare for all stance? I was just checking her site to confirm and she’s very clearly pro-universal single-payer healthcare (aka, m4a).

I think of every congressperson as my personal congress critter. There is no reason you can’t identify with/ support members of congress who aren’t in your particular district.
Also, she really needs your help right now. She’s trailing in second by about 6 points. She needs a bump.

Its not them who don’t understand how the world works, its you.

Woke is back baby

Oof. Ima be a real one fam and ruin your weekend… In your mind, I want you to imagine the following…
Its 2027/28. On the TV, Its some version of a republican debate, but its Candice, Tucker and MTG on stage. They’re debating if sanctions are sufficient, or if the state of Israel should be dissolved.
The magnetic fields generated by the high amplitude currents of schadenfreude are so great, the channel flips of its own accord. Its a debate between Newsom, Buttigieg, and Harris. Each of them is trying to out-do the other with regards of how much of the US GDP they’re going to commit to supporting the state of Israel.

You want to stop fascism? Get on board. Otherwise keep doing what you’re doing.

Man. The lane that Democrats are leaving open by being so obscenely pro-Israel. Hope y’all are ready for Tucker/ Owens 2028.

Kids a fucking hero.
How receptive would you say Chicagolanders are to outside influence? What I mean, and why I ask, is that I agree there is a huge amount of attention on this race, and also, is that I think different states accept varying degrees of outside influence on their elections. For example, I think states like, idk, Maine for example, I think Mainers get particularly annoyed by any perceived outside influence on their election. They’ll re-elect Susan Collins just to spite the national party; they’ll stick with the guy with an alleged Nazi tattoo because it looked like a smear campaign, like the oppo was coming from Schumer/ the national party.
Some other states are like this, Wyoming, Minnesota, Wisconsin. I could probably put together a list. Other states are less insular, like California, New York, maybe Texas, Arizona.
Whats the mood on the ground? Does it feel like the attention on this race is helping or hurting Abughazaleh? How is Chicago feelign?
